To me, an elopement is an intentional and intimate wedding day centered around the two of you. However, it doesn’t have to be just the two of you —It can include a small group of your closest people, whether that be friends, family, or both. Your elopement can be as simple as exchanging vows somewhere beautiful or include an entire day of meaningful activities and celebration.
My elopement packages are designed for celebrations with up to 25 guests. If you’re planning something larger, reach out and I’ll help you determine whether an elopement or intimate wedding package is the best fit.
Two hours works well for a simple ceremony and portraits in one area. Four hours gives us time for a ceremony, portraits, and an activity or second nearby location. Seven hours allows me to document a fuller story, including getting ready, multiple locations, activities, and your celebration afterward.
A little rain rarely stops an Oregon elopement! I’ll help you prepare for the forecast and create a backup plan when necessary. Unless conditions are unsafe or a location becomes inaccessible, we’ll usually embrace the weather and adjust the timeline as needed.
Not at all. Beautiful scenery doesn’t have to require a strenuous hike. I can recommend everything from easily accessible viewpoints to longer trails based on your comfort level, mobility needs, and the experience you want.
Yes! Dogs are always welcome when the location permits them. I’ll help you think through leash requirements, trail conditions, transportation, and whether you may want someone available to care for your dog during portions of the day.

Absolutely! Location scouting is one my favorite parts of my job. I can recommend locations based on the scenery you love, the season, accessibility, privacy, travel time, and the kind of experience you want to have. I can also help you understand crowds, tides, lighting, parking, and other location-specific logistics.
I sure can! I am not an elopement planner but in a pst life I was an assistant wedding planner, then a corporate event planner so I am very comfortable assisting in the planning process. Every package includes planning support. Depending on your package, this may include location recommendations, timeline creation, vendor recommendations, permit guidance, activity ideas, and help creating a backup plan for unpredictable weather in the Pacific Northwest.
I’ll research which photography or ceremony permits may be required and point you toward the correct application process. Couples are responsible for submitting applications and paying any permit or site fees unless otherwise stated in their package.
Your date is officially reserved once your contract is signed and the 50% retainer is paid. The remaining balance is due one week before your elopement.
Yes. After the initial retainer, your remaining balance can be divided into a payment plan as long as it is paid in full one week before your elopement.
